Return Policy

Returns And Exchanges:

Size Up Curvaceous Boutique do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges only within 7 days after purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer an exchange or a store credit.  In some cases, refunds can be given at our discretion and for items that were paid for but are out of stock. We will refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged.


Exchange\Store Credit Eligibility:

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, tags attached and free of perfumes and odors. Sale items are not eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Exchange\Store Credit Requirements: 

No Exchanges or Store credit will be giving for the following:

Items that are on sale.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts
Any item past 7 days after purchase

Processing Your Exchange or Store Credit: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.
If you are approved, then your exchange or store credit will be processed. A store credit will automatically be applied and a Store Credit code will be emailed to you.

Late or Missing Refunds: (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sizeupcurvaceousboutique@gmail.com.

Sale Items: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items is eligible for an exchange or store credit. All sale items are final.

Returning Your Item: 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Size Up Curvaceous Boutique PO Box 4375 Hollywood, Florida 33083. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs including returning your item. We only refund shipping cost for items returned due to any error with your order that we may be responsible for.

Refunding Shipping Cost:

Your item must be returned using the same method as sent. We ship most of our packages FLATE RATE Priority Mail which is between $6.00-$8.00. We will not refund shipping cost over this amount. Please make sure you are returning your item at the USPS Flate Rate Priority Mail. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
