When Will I Receive My Order?
It depends on the type of delivery you choose. In USA we deliver with USPS and UPS in other countries. You can choose between three options:
Priority Mail Delivery:
We offer 1-3 business days Priority Mail for all purchases throughout the USA at a cost of $7.00 or more depending on weight. For all states and in rare cases, delivery can take between from 3-10 business days, except for Hawaii and Puerto Rico where it can take up to 8-12 days for the order to be delivered depending on postal service on your area.
First Class Mail
First Class mail is offered for lightweight items. It can take up to 3-5 business days for delivery. If your item is over a certain weight, your order will automatically default to the Priority Mail option.
If you do not wish to wait for mail delivery, a Size Up Representative can deliver your order directly to your home or office. Locations only in the Broward and Dade county is eligible for this service. The fee is approximately $10-$20 depending on the distance. This service can take up to 24-48 hours.
Note** Home deliveries are scheduled during normal business hours Monday thru Friday in special cases on Saturdays. At certain times of the year we are happy to offer free shipping for one or both shipping types, if so it will be indicated in the checkout. If you sign up for our Newsletter, you will always be the first to know when free shipping offered.
Does Size Up Curvaceous Boutique Deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Yes. We will deliver orders to P.O. boxes but will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. It is best to provide a suitable shipping address where you can be identified and we can ensure delivery and protection of your order by someone signing for your delivery.
Does Size Up Curvaceous Boutique Ship To Multiple Addresses?
No. We do not ship to multiple addresses with a single order placed online. Please place the orders for each address separately.
Will You Notify Me When You Ship My Order?
Yes. When we dispatch your order, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number that you will be able to use on the USPS website or customer service to check the status of your order at any time during the delivery process.
I Received My Tracking Information But I am Getting An Error Message.
It can take up to 12 hours for the tracking number to be activated from the moment you receive the shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation email will also contain the invoice of your order.
Which Carrier Do You Use?
We use USPS United States Postal Service. We may use UPS for other countries. USPS deliveries are Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm and some Saturdays between 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
What If I Do Not Receive My Order?
Size Up Curvaceous Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items, however we will do all that we can to help you resolve your issue. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout to include your suite and/or apartment number if applicable. We will verify with USPS that your order was delivered. If it has been confirmed with USPS that your item was delivered to the correct address as indicated on your order, we will not be able to assist you in recovering that item.
